Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Matteo Misiani (individual data controller, based in Rome, Italy). Klovora is currently a pre-launch project and email addresses collected through this site are used exclusively to notify subscribers about the product launch. For any privacy-related questions, please contact privacy@klovora.com.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Country of residence
• Optional free-text message
• Technical metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp)

We use your data exclusively to contact you with commercial and product information about the Klovora platform, including invitations to private demos and early-access programmes.

Processing is based on your explicit consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a), provided by ticking the consent checkbox when you submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Personal data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission. An automated job runs daily and permanently deletes submissions older than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship is established with you in the meantime. You can also request deletion at any time before that (see section 7).

We share data with vetted third-party providers strictly necessary to operate the service:

• Supabase (EU region) — database hosting where your submission is stored.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for the confirmation message you receive.
• Vercel — hosting and CDN for klovora.com.

All subprocessors act under Data Processing Agreements compliant with GDPR Article 28.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
• Request data portability
• Object to processing or withdraw consent
• Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante)

These rights are exercised by email: write to privacy@klovora.com from the address you registered with. We process every request manually and respond within 30 days, as provided by GDPR Article 12(3). There is no self-service deletion or export tool at this stage.
